On April 10,Liu Guoqiang,vice president of the people's Bank of China,visited Tianhe defense subsidiary Xi'an Great Wall Digital Software Co.,Ltd.to investigate the financing problems of small and micro enterprises,accompanied by Li Xiaojun,vice president of Xi'an Branch of the people's Bank of China,Tong Qiang,general manager of Great Wall digital,etc.

Liu Guoqiang and his party first visited the Great Wall digital office area,and made a detailed understanding of the company's main products and key technologies.Then,we visited the Great Wall virtual simulation,big data artificial intelligence application and other technical products on the spot,and the accompanying technical personnel consulted the company's products in detail based on the current technological development trend.

At the symposium,Tong Qiang made a detailed introduction to the company's exploration in the field of civil military integration for many years in combination with the development process,business status,technological innovation and important projects of the Great Wall.Tong Qiang said that the military civilian integration project has the characteristics of high cost of scientific and technological innovation,long development cycle and slow return of funds.In view of the characteristics of small and micro enterprises in military civilian integration scientific and technological innovation that encounter light assets,heavy talents,long cycle and large fluctuation in loans,he suggested that local banks should provide targeted financial support policies.

Liu Guoqiang fully affirmed the achievements of Great Wall digital in all aspects.He said that small and micro enterprises are the most active subject in the market economy.In the next stage,the people's Bank of China will reduce the financing cost of small and micro enterprises in accordance with the requirements of the executive meeting of the State Council.At the same time,in combination with the national policy of supporting small and micro enterprises and the advantages of local banks,the people's Bank of China will explore and innovate the ways of financial support for small and micro enterprises based on military civilian integration of science and technology,and make policy preference and key support for small and micro enterprises based on military civilian integration of financial credit granting and loan pledge.

Liu Guoqiang stressed that we should further analyze the production and operation of small and micro enterprises and the existing problems,actively promote the development of enterprises under the premise of effective risk control,and ensure a win-win situation for banks and enterprises.
