The pledge of the company's controlling shareholders'shares this time is the delayed repurchase of pledge,which does not involve new financing arrangements.The controlling shareholders and their concerted action have good credit status and corresponding fund repayment ability.The resulting pledge risk is within the controllable range.At present,there is no closing risk for the Pledged Shares.This pledge will not lead to the change of the actual control right of the company.In the future,the company will strictly abide by the relevant provisions of equity disclosure and perform the obligation of information disclosure in a timely manner if the changes of its shares meet the relevant conditions specified in the securities law and the measures for the administration of the acquisition of listed companies.
